What do I need to bring?
For your first class, bring comfortable and soft shoes to change into. Bottle of water. Business causal but comfortable attire, and your good mood!
How many students are in each class?
There are 10+ students in the group classes. You are welcome to create your own semi-private group or to take 1:1 private lessons with a teacher.
Do I need previous experience?
No previous experience needed! Singles or couples welcome.
