Originally from Argentina, the Tango has underwent transformation in Europe to accommodate bigger dance floors and eventually became extremely popular at the beginning of the 20th century. Dramatic & passionate dance characterized by sharp & precise, abrupt staccato rhythm & movement as well as deliberate stops & pauses.
